In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), ProductCraftStudio processes personal contact data submitted via our consultation forms exclusively for the purposes of client communication, project delivery, and statutory tax reporting.

Data Retention: Personal data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, or as required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping obligations.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers. Data may be shared with hosting providers operating under EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

All product design, UI/UX engineering, and prototype development services provided by ProductCraftStudio are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and ProductCraftStudio.

Scope: Each engagement is defined by its SOW, which specifies deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, and investment amounts. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a formal change order.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum plus applicable collection costs.

Intellectual Property: Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, ProductCraftStudio assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables directly to the Client.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, for a period of 36 months following project completion.

Limitation of Liability: ProductCraftStudio's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. ProductCraftStudio retains the right to payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

ProductCraftStudio uses functional cookies and encrypted telemetry to guarantee secure platform sessions and optimize response latency.

Essential Cookies: Session cookies required for basic site functionality, security, and navigation. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies: Anonymous usage data collected to understand visitor behavior patterns and improve our service delivery. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

ProductCraftStudio is committed to transparent and fair commercial practices. This refund policy governs all service engagements.

Pre-Work Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.

Partial Work: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Any excess payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If the delivered work materially deviates from the specifications defined in the SOW, the Client may request up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Third-party licensing fees, domain registrations, and hosting prepayments are non-refundable once processed on behalf of the Client.
